PAYMENT

Due to our products being custom made to order, we do not offer any cancellations or refunds. Once orders are placed they will be completed in order of payment. 

SEZZLE

All orders of $65 or more are available to pay with the Sezzle option which breaks your payment down to 4 smaller payments without checking our credit.

SHIPPING

SHIPPING TIMES ARE IN ADDITION TO OUR CURRENT TURN AROUND TIMES. 

Orders will ship within our current turn around time listed on the home page of our website. This can fluctuate depending on time of year, holidays, and new release periods. And email will be sent with tracking information when your order has shipped.

Please be sure your shipping address is correct. We are unable to change your address after your order has been placed and we will not be held responsible for any nondeliveries. 

Items are sent via USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on the weight of your order. This typically takes 2-5 business days after it has been shipped. 

We are not responsible for any missing orders if the tracking number shows it as delivered. You will need to contact your local post office for further assistance.  

Once USPS has the package it is out of my control. There might be delays due to weather, holidays, etc. We cannot guarantee any delivery dates, only ship by dates.

DAMAGES/CLAIMS

Any items that have been damaged during shipping must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery and accompanied by a photograph of the damaged item and shipping package. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. 

Customer satisfaction is our NUMBER 1 priority so we will do our best to make everything right. If a custom item is incorrectly made, a replacement will be shipped to you at no additional cost. However, if there are errors due to incorrect information being given at the time of order then these items are non-refundable & cannot be returned or exchanged. 

ADDITIONAL FAQ:

DOES THE GLITTER COME OFF?
No. Every item is sealed so that glitter does not shed. 

HOW DO I WASH MY CUPS?
You will receive a care card with your shipment but please note they are all hand wash only items. Use a soft sponge, do not soak, do not leave in extreme temperatures, and do not scrub the glitter or the wording.
